Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Level Up Fitness account and all associated data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest — you do not need to have the app installed.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Level Up Fitness and sign in.
Go to Profile → Data.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — On the web (no app needed)

Open the web version in any browser, sign in, then follow the same steps (Profile → Data → Delete account):

Option 3 — Request by email

Email levelupfitnessmail@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account and login credentials.
All weight, step, and ab-exercise entries.
All walking/running sessions, including recorded GPS routes.
Milestones, streaks, weekly goals, and preferences.

Data is removed from our backend immediately on self-service deletion; any residual copies in routine backups are purged within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. To keep a copy first, export your data from Profile → Data → Export before deleting.
